Delivery care at Ravon Manufactura
At Ravon Manufactura, we attach great importance to delivering our products in perfect condition. Each product is carefully packed and properly secured before shipping to ensure that it reaches the customer in perfect condition. Our team takes care of every detail so that the packaging and preparation process for shipping meets the highest standards. This means you can be sure that the purchased bathtubs and sinks will reach you safely and on time.
What are the delivery methods and costs?
1. Free domestic shipping
When buying in our store, the customer does not bear the cost of delivery within the country. We believe that the lack of additional shipping fees is one of the key elements of a positive shopping experience. Thanks to this, you can enjoy the purchased products without worrying about additional costs.
2. Personal collection from the Showroom
If you prefer personal collection, we invite you to our Showroom, which is located at: RAVON MANUFACTURA, Kraszków 100, 26-300 Opoczno. This is a great opportunity to personally view all our products before collection, get additional information and take advantage of our expert advice. The showroom and warehouse (returns and collection point) are conveniently located and their opening hours are adapted to your needs to allow easy collection of ordered goods. The collection point is open: Mon-Fri 8:00 - 15:00. Personal collection is of course free of charge.
Is foreign delivery possible?
We also ship internationally so that our products can reach customers all over the world. The cost of international shipping is calculated individually depending on the destination and the weight and size of the products ordered. After placing an order and providing the exact shipping address, our consultant will contact you to provide detailed information on shipping costs and estimated delivery time. We make sure that every order reaches you quickly and safely, regardless of where you are.
Will the courier notify me of the planned delivery?
The courier will usually contact the recipient before attempting to deliver the package. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Will the courier deliver my order?
The courier will deliver large-sized parcels or those weighing more than 30 kg and pallet parcels to the first architectural obstacle (e.g. entrance to a building). Smaller parcels will be delivered directly to the indicated address.
The delivery arrived damaged
We make every effort to ensure that the shipment is carefully packed and securely secured for transport. Unfortunately, damage may occasionally occur during transport. We will do everything we can to help you, so please:
1. Drawing up a damage report with the courier company (or online on the carrier's website) within 7 days of receipt of the shipment.
2. Taking photos showing damage to the goods.
3. Attach the protocol and photos to the complaint form.
4. After registering your application in the system, our consultant will contact you and inform you about the next steps.
I want to change my delivery address
To change your delivery address, please contact our hotline at 792203935. Please note that if your order is already in the process of being packed, it may not be possible to change the address.
Can I change my order's shipping date?
Yes, you can specify your preferred shipping date by entering it in the "Additional notes for Customer Service" field when placing your order.
Storage up to 14 days is free of charge, however, for each day of storage over 14 days we charge a fee of PLN 10 gross per day.
