Each product offered by RAVON MANUFACTURA has a manufacturer's warranty. The basis for the warranty is proof of purchase, VAT invoice or a completed warranty card. We solve all technical problems directly as the manufacturer. In the absence of a warranty card, in accordance with Polish law, the applicable basis for a warranty claim is proof of purchase, i.e. VAT invoice or receipt.
