What is the status of my order?
From the moment the order is placed, within 24 hours (on working days) the RAVON MANUFACTURA store contacts the ordering party by phone or e-mail to verify and confirm the order. During verification, the customer is informed about the order fulfillment date. People who make a purchase as a registered customer can check the order status at any time through the My Account tab. A person responsible for supervising it (consultant) is assigned to each order. The customer can obtain information about the fulfillment of their order at any time by sending an e-mail or calling the store's hotline at 792203935 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00.
How can I return the goods and where should I send them?
The possibility of returning the goods (withdrawal from the contract) exists on the principles described here . After verifying the application and its positive consideration, our consultant will contact you and provide detailed information about the address for returning the goods.
When will I receive my ordered product?
Products in stock are shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation. Most often, we have sinks and bathtubs in stock in the standard white color.
If the product is not in stock, it will ship within 7 business days. Personalised products, such as sinks and bathtubs in custom colours, will ship within 7 to 14 business days.
The courier has 48 hours to deliver the product from the moment it is collected from our warehouse.
What are the types and costs of delivery?
All orders are shipped to the Customer free of charge. However, if the Customer decides to return, they will have to cover the return shipping costs.
Do the products have a manufacturer warranty?
Each product offered by RAVON MANUFACTURA has a manufacturer's warranty. The basis for the warranty is proof of purchase, i.e. a VAT invoice or a completed warranty card. We solve all technical problems directly as the manufacturer. In the absence of a warranty card, in accordance with Polish law, the applicable basis for a warranty claim is proof of purchase, i.e. a VAT invoice.
