Can I return purchased goods?
If you change your mind or the product turns out to be inappropriate, our store fully respects the rights resulting from the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827). You can return the purchased goods within 14 days without giving any reason.
How can I return goods?
1. Complete the returns form below.
2. Wait for the e-mail confirming receipt of your application, which will take place within 2 business days at the latest.
3. Send the returned product together with the printed form to the following address:

4. We will return the funds to the bank account number provided.
Summary
1. The right to return goods without giving a reason applies only to consumers and entrepreneurs who enjoy equivalent protection under Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act, if the purchase was not of a professional nature.
2. Goods can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
3. If the 14-day period ends on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline extends to the next business day.
4. The return of goods to the store is at the Customer's expense.
5. The Store refunds the value of the goods and the shipping costs according to the Customer's order, but only in the case of the return of the entire order.
6. Unpacking the goods does not result in the expiration of the right to return.
7. The goods must be unused and must not have any defects or faults.
8. The customer will receive a refund no later than 14 calendar days after returning the goods, usually within 3 business days from the date of delivery of the goods to the store.
9. Before returning the goods to the store, they must be properly secured.
10. If any of the above rules are not met, the return may not be accepted. The returned goods can be collected at the RavonManufactura headquarters, Kraszków 100, 26-300 Opoczno.

To verify the products you have purchased, please provide your order number and the email address or phone number used when placing the order.
